If you're unlucky enough to need controlled drugs; they will judge you. Even with an articulate letter from my psychiatrist explaining the situation, I was still met with hostility.Highlights; insinuation that I'm some sort of crim, refusal to dispense medication & the cherry on top was being told It's busy" and being hung up on. I tried calling back and chatted to someone else - as soon as I mentioned making a complaint they also hung up on me.You are not doctors; if a script is due then it's your job to dispense it - not play God. You have the audacity to insinuate I'm a criminal just because I'm in poor health and I have to use CDs?Use some of those investigative sleuth skills you so badly want to unleash and find out where my regular medication is

What a wonderful friendly place to go to get what you need! Went for my second COVID shot after calling last minutes asking if I needed to book and they said, “no just come on in”! So easy…. and the entire staff were beyond friendly, kind, patient, and so helpful! Great local chemist!

4.7 stars for me. The best chemist I've ever been to hands down and possibly the best business as well. Customer service is efficient and genuinely nice. Staff member helped me figure out why i was sick when the doctor couldn't so was able to repair my health.

Highly recommend for kids vaccination. Very organized. Vaccinator was amazing. Built and instant rapport and made us both feel completely at ease straight away. Expert at distraction and 9 year old girl small talk. A very positive experience.

I have been using this Pharmacy since Graeme Douglas was there in 1963. Have known the present owner, Marie for some 25 years.Her and the staff are lovely people, always have a smile and are willing to go the extra mile with their service.I have moved from the area, but still use them because of the great atmosphere in the shop.Thank you Marie for the great service over many years.

Really great experience getting my second Covid vaccination today. No line, each person I encountered from the registration guy to the vaccinator, to the observation man were all lovely and friendly and I barely felt the vaccination itself - such a quick easy process thank you.
