Terrible customer support. I am (soon to be was) a 2 degrees broadband and mobile customer. If you ever have any issues, be prepared to wait for 2hrs on hold whilst listening to soul destroying 'muzak' - all part of their plan to make you give up I'm sure.

Shop is excellent but the companies general support line is as followsYour call is important to us and agent will be with you shortly" 2 hours later - "Your call is important to us an agent will be with you shortly"Suggest you go back to the shop as they can get you tech support quick rather than the 2 degress main customer support line"

They didn't answer the call twice, so I left a msg as they asked me to do.No call back so I rang again after 3 days and was given the help I needed

Can’t provide a stable connection with their broadband service. I rung to report internet not working after several months, staff on the phone just telling me nothing is wrong. Refusing to let me out of the contract. Refusing to refund or credit my account due to internet not working. Poor customer service. “Rose” hung up mid way through conversation after not helping remotely. Wish I could rate 0 stars.

The team at 2 degrees Dunedin store are fantastic - new phone today and Jarod made the swap so easy. While there the other staff dealt with other customers some of whom were coming in with the most random requests/issues and all were treated with consideration and professionally irrelevant of the issues they were experiencing

As soon as you walk in the door, you will be greeted by one of the avaliable staff. Very friendly staff but it can be bisy to be prepared to wait.

I’d definitely recommend 2degrees over Spark, Vodafone and Skinny due to the great perks of being a customer and the great service within. Today in the Dunedin store I was able to set up a Pay Monthly 2degrees plan with the great techno needs and support of Jarrod which he had such a great sense of humour and a great personality. Definitely a great team at Dunedin !! 5 stars

Wonderful, friendly service .Great advice.The staff member made transferring my internet and mobile connections from Spark to 2 degrees easy and hassle-free.Great deals and giveaways made me feel welcome as a new customer.The Hero discount is nice to get to.
