Sadly, watch I was told was going after battery replacement wasn’t going at all. I half suspected the battery might have been only part of the problem but it Would have been nice if watch was properly checked. So can’t rate service very high. Staff were pleasant though

I popped in to get my watch battery replaced. Very helpful staff...and they sorted my date aspect on my watch which I could never get calibrated correctly. Lovely jewellery display. Spacious store. Be back :)

Would highly recommend Fishers for all your custom design jewellery. Couldn’t be happier with my sapphire and diamond ring - attention to detail and so willing and happy to listen to your all requirements and share their expertise.

I dropped in to see whether they could replace the battery in my Garmin Heart Rate Monitor strap (having been to another jeweller in Auckland who wouldn’t touch it). No problem, it was done in a couple of minutes. Great friendly can-do service.

Recent new arrival to the area, and I wish them every success, am I impressed.... regrettably NO.(1) DECOR : white on white on grey.(2)Signature Stock : don't think they have any, they promote a few manufacturers, but I can't find any of their own handy work.(3) 99% of what is here on show is for women exclusively. The only item available for men are 3 brands of wrist watches from G Shock to Maserati.(4)Repairs are NOT able to be done on site, all work is transferred to Parent Operation in Whangarei. ( they do replace watch batteries).(5)A senior experienced representative jeweller on site would be a great asset.Good Side : Staff are friendly and keen to engage. Did I give them my business, YES, a jewellery repair.

I chose a bangle for a work colleague for her 30th. Although they don’t do onsite engraving of these bangles, the staff member went out of her way to find someone who could do this particular engraving and was so friendly in doing so. Great service!

Wellcoming friendly reception into recently established jewellery store in centre of Warkworth. Shop well presented, well lit, clean, fresh and professional. Current volume of stock is limited - I am sure this will improve as New Zealand emerges from the 'Covid era'. Well worth a visit to peruse current range of jewellery
