Absolutely amazing care, beautiful room and yummy food, all that you could ask for after pushing out a pepi. Helpful and kind midwives, even the student midwife was supportive and willing to do whatever was needed, thank you guys for helping me give my baby the best head start xx i was born here now my babies will be born here too xx

Such an amazing space, unfortunately I did not birth at waterford but the midwives there were so supportive, helpful, kind & educational in our first 2 days of being parents. The room was well cleaned, comftable, and a perfect size for visitors to come & not be crowded. The bed was big enough for all 3 of us (partner, Pēpi & I) to sleep in & was so soft it felt like a cloud compared to my own bed at home. The food was amazing aswell. Will definitely be returning for the next babies. Would highly recommend.

After a somewhat traumatic birthing experience at the hospital, we were fortunate enough to be transferred over to WBC. We could not have asked for a better recovery experience, and for better assistance in preparing for day to day life with a new baby. The room setup was spacious, homely, and filled with baby supplies that were restocked daily, and the food (catered by Red Kitchen) was delicious, with generous portion sizes.We cannot say enough about the People here. From the administration team at the front desk, to those servicing/cleaning the rooms, preparing food, and of course the midwives, were all incredible. We truly felt the passion they have for their work in caring for and attending to the needs of new families.The wisdom and knowledge of having immediate access to a midwife 24/7 to provide tips/address concerns/answer questions at such a crucial time was invaluable.Needless to say, we'll be coming here for our second baby :)

Such friendly and professional staff. provided consistent and relevant advice at all hours of the day and night. each midwife established great rapport and checked in on progress. coming to Waterford from the hospital was such a refreshing vibe - like we were checking into a hotel on holiday. Can't forget to mention the food is outstanding!

After a bit of a traumatic birth at the hospital (after being transferred from Waterford) I was lucky enough to go back to Waterford after two days. My partner and I had a lot to deal with emotionally, and Waterford was the most relaxing, welcoming, and educational environment we could have asked for. I loved that my partner was included in everything and made to feel so welcome. The cleaning staff member was so nice (I wish I could remember her name), chatting with me as she cleaned the room. The midwives were so supportive and available 24/7, and the food was wholesome and filling. The rooms were totally set up with everything we needed, the décor was modern and calming. I arrived a scared first time mum but left with so much more confidence than when I arrived. My baby girl was loved and cared for and I was treated like a queen. Honestly I cannot fault our stay - we will be back when we decide to go for #2!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the entire team!!

The birthing room & our bedroom that we stayed in was amazing. Loved every single thing about Waterford. Do recommend so much!!

Had the most amazing experience at Waterford, could not fault it at all.Staff were so lovely and helpful, really made us feel safe and comfortable.The room was beautiful, felt very homely and warm.The food was incredible!!We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here. We didn't want to leave!

We had a pretty hard time up at the hospital with the birth of our son. We were feeling very fragile, exhausted (physically and emotionally) and totally overwhelmed when we arrived at Waterford. It was such an awesome place to spend time healing from a C-section and learning how to be parents. The midwives are available 24 hrs a day and they insist on being bothered for any and all questions. They made us feel safe and cared for and they gave us some confidence to go home with too. Also, the spaces are wonderful. Private, spacious rooms with great catering too. I would recommend that everyone should try and spend time here with their newborn.
