I ordered a red nike tracksuit on the 22nd of July 2021 and the shopkeeper offered to order my size and said it will be in by 23rd of July 2021, I rung them up a few minutes ago and they just said that my order won't be here till Tuesday 27th July 2021, not happy at all

not welcoming at all nor do the people that work here are friendly or helpful in the slightest, disappointed that they don’t offer in store refunds either.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have received from any store in whangarei on multiple occasions. The majority of the staff I have come across are rude and very unhelpful. Usually no customers in the store when I have been in and multiple staff that couldn’t even have the time of day to greet or acknowledge you in the store let alone try and help you. I have purchased a few times only to be stung. On 2 different occasions I’ve bought shoes here I’ve needed to change sizes to be told that they dont have other sizes, they don’t order stock in but you can swap product in kerikeri. I opted for a credit note thinking I could use when I went to Auckland. But no, credit notes are only to be used in the whangarei store. This store is nothing but a joke, which is a shame because the product is cool. Looks like I’ll be spending my money somewhere else!

Tuesday 11th... Christmas shopping. Enter store at 1030am to buy new shoes. 3 sales assitants and nil customers. We walk straight to the shoes and start looking. After a few minutes we approuch the counter to ask for help.. We get no hello and i a very inconvinenced girl.. Well what a battle to try and buy $180 shoes.. In the end we left as there was no help.. Infact we were made to feel like we were a problem and interupting the girl. Wow in christmas month too lol. Ah well
