Jumpflex are amazing! We have had our tramp for almost 4 years. Our jumping mat had some holes in it after 3 years so I told jumpflex about it and they sent out a new mat the very next day free of charge. So when our net broke I called to find out how I could replace it and they again sent out a new net free of charge and sent it out the very next day! The woman I spoke to was super helpful! Such a good company. I will always recommend jumpflex to anyone wanting to purchase a trampoline!

Always great products from these guys and the delivery times are unheard of for NZ. Ordered yesterday and it’s arrived today. Had an old trampoline from the competition and relaxed it with a jumpflex 12ft and the quality is way better.

Wow! I can't believe how easy it has been dealing with Jumpflex, our trampoline came quickly and the kids have loved it. When we had a few spots of rust Jumpflex sprang into action and more than honored their warranties. I have never seen customer service like it. I can highly recommend Jumpflex trampolines to anyone!

Jumpflex - I purchased Jumpflex 5 years ago and very satisfied with the quality of the trampolne. They provided service beyond and above the Warranty period. My child really love this trampoline. Keep jumping.

We bought a Flex120 for the two kids six months ago, and we cannot fault it. It is a great size for me and two boys to all jump around together. It is well made and feels really solid to jump on. It is really safe for the kids, the side nets stand up to everything the kids throw at them (themselves and each other..)The shade sail does a great job. Assembly time was about 2h single handed.The kids and I really love this trampoline, highly recommended for anyone!

5/5I brought a Jumpflex for my son's 2nd birthday, 2022Now that I've had it for a year, I thought that was an appropriate time frame for a suitable review.When I ordered online, I was given a 3 week turnaround for delivery.It was easy to order the right size as it gave you all the guidance on the website.It also gave the option for afterpay, which was fantastic as it was an expensive purchase for a solo mum.3 weeks turned into 2 days, and I was a bit shocked. From the moment the courier picked it up, I had ongoing text updates on where my package was.Collected, on the truck, on its way, I also got a call to find out where best to leave it, if it could be left without me being there, etc.It was left under my carport, out of sight and dry.The price was really fair considering the weight and size of the packages as well.The price of the trampoline was also good because it comes with such a great warranty.For Christmas, I brought the slide, shade, and sprinkler. Again, fair price, fast delivery, easy installation with all appropriate manuals, parts, and tools.For the assembly of the trampoline, I would recommend 3 people, then maybe an extra when it comes to the outer safety net, as it's easier to push in the posts.Understandably, after a year in the sun, the logo is a bit faded, but I have no other issues with anything else.My son loves his trampoline, being Autistic it's a great outlet for him.Highly recommended Jumpflex.

I bought the 12ft jumpflex trampoline for my 1 year old and 4 year old son. I was very excited about it and got it due to the amazing reviews and the statements about how good the quality was. But boy was I wrong. While being in my backyard I noticed smoke rising from the poles. When I got closer I seen the poles combusting and melting away at the cover sleeves it came with. I am traumatized. This is a very Dangerous trampoline and not safe at all. thank God my kids were not on it. It would have caused serious harm to my children and this incident could have burnt down my home. There is clearly a recall on my trampoline parts.i shared the photos and even the video of the poles combusting In my backyard and jumpflex has yet to reach out to me to resolve anything. They clearly don’t value the safety of children nor making safe trampolines

I would have to say that this company provided the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time. Sent them a query late in the evening expecting them to get back to me the next day but ended up sorting out my order then and there with extremely well priced replacement parts for our well used tramp. keep up what your doing as it cant be any better.
