We didn’t get anything because they were closed. But had to make this review because of the absolutely horrid behaviour of the lady who was working there.There was a few tourists walking up to the counter to ask a question and she basically yelled at the top of her voice.“Can’t you see!!! We’re closed!!!!”.No body and I mean nobody needs to be yelled at by another person like a dog and then to add insult to injury, I then had to listen to her berate her customers behind their back on the public sidewalk outside the shop to her friend.

Super friendly service with gluten free waffle cones available. My daughter and I both have coeliac disease and they kindly scooped our ice cream from fresh tubs out the back so we didn’t have to worry about cross contamination. Big thank you.

Lots of flavours to choose from here (it was a hard decision, but I went with the hazelnut praline). Prices are pretty good for ice cream and it's really nice to go sit and look out over the water as you eat it. If I'm back in Paihia I'll come again and try some other flavours!

Best ice cream I’ve had in a long time! This place is a little gem opposite Movenpick... do not be tempted to go there! All flavours looked and sounded delicious. If you want to taste a flavour before you pick, just ask. I went for churro and butterscotch with pecan. Absolutely divine. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Friendly staff, nice flavors; I got churro and hokey pokey! There's like 3 ice cream and gelato shops nearby and this one is a good choice.Didn't run into that rude" male staff member another person commented on; all women when we stopped by."
