Unfriendly customer service officer, they never think todi extra miles for the account holder. All the answer they have I only NO, even if there is no any customer, they woild love to advice you make appointment. Not a recommended bank to save yur money in.

Had a worst experience twice visiting this branch. Only 2 customer service helping out people and the line is crazy. Had to wait for almost an hour just to get bank statement printed and stamped. Please put more staff if you see the queue is getting long.

Large and very spacious bank. There are a few seats available at the front when waiting for a personal banker.Service was mixed but improved as we went along with the opening of a new account.

Helpful service. This lady called Fern was really helpful, giving me all the information I needed while assisting me with my application. Not to mention she's friendly! Also, nice tranquil environment, and security doesn't intimidate you with questions about why you're entering the bank, unlike the ANZ down the street

Throw away your ATM the one next to Noel Leeming. That ATM doesnt work properly, That ATM is the worst ATM in the WHOLE WORLD. Eats momey, rejects money, stuck card. That ATM belongs in a graveyard os 2000bc or under the pyramids of Egypt.
