It was awful finding a giant price tag inside the middle of my 'Tower Burger' in between the chicken and the lettuce. I thought to myself that's a weird shaped price of letter and pulled it out to reveal a $3:20 pricetag. Absolutely disgusting

Very disappointed. We got a dinner for 2, but there was no coleslaw available & it was only lunchtime! We were made to choose another side which we already had one of! Chicken was tasteless & the coating very thin. Very greasy chicken too.Have had a mixed bag from this store in the past but gave it another go. After this though we won't be coming back.

3.5 the food was nice and the tables were clean . plenty of different places to sit and eat indoor,outdoor or upstairs ..pretty good accually.

Friendly staff , I love the burgers and chips here. The chicken has always been super juicy, I rarely have issues with KFC Ashburton and if I do they have always been super understanding and fixes it straight away with no issues

Everytime I have KFC Ashburton NEVER lets me down! Chips are so hot everytime! There’s one guy there who’s been there a long time and he is just incredible, onto it, fast and efficient- we mainly use the drive through and never been unhappy with our meals!

Young lad on the counter knew what it was about, probably the best and friendliest service I've ever had at KFC, good food, fast and happy as with my 2 breasts. Box was a bit greasy but was happy with the smell and taste :)

When greeted nothing was said about the type of batter regular vs crunchy.Having worked in fast foods, this something you pass on to your customer. Secondly, the chicken was over cooked and chewy and it was served luck warm which typically means it was sitting for a while. Disappointing.

We went for the 20 wicked wings’ bucket. Unfortunately for us they put the smallest wings plus there were short on 2 wings. They either ate them or are too bad at math. Next time I’ll count them. But not cool.
