Chantelle Meikle - Naturopath & Fertility Educator

I initially contacted Chantelle for her natural fertility services but later worked with her for naturopathic support. Chantelle is a friendly and knowledgeable practitioner, and offered good training/advice regarding fertility and hormonal support. Unfortunately, her knowledge and experience was let down by her very poor communication, organisational skills and professionalism.From the beginning, Chantelle was incredibly slow in her responses. There were on-going issues with her email (she didn't realise her email had been disconnected), she used multiple email addresses which made it difficult to know which email to contact her on. She asked me to text her after sending an email to ensure she would respond - which I did. This still didn't help her to respond in a timely manner. When we met her notes were all over the show, and she was often late or not fully prepared for our appointments. She also didn't send me the follow-up notes or promised equipment, even after I asked her several times. Chantelle went overseas for a period of time but didn't let me know, so took several months to respond to my email.I spoke with her about my concerns early on, and she brushed these off by laughing - saying she used to be a Type A personality but had probably swung too far the other way. I should have walked away then, but appreciated her advice so stuck it out longer than I should have. I also sent her an email more recently expressing my concerns but never received a response back. It's disappointing to be writing this review (I wish it were different) as she's a very knowlegable practitioner but you're better off finding a someone who is more reliable and worth your time and money.
