Bad attitude from the team and sales person, stay away at all costs!

Sorry, but it was a terrible experience overall. 1.5 - 3 hours late both days with no notice of when you were coming!! Place wasn't cleaned properly the first time and had to come back again. Then you had no products to clean the rangehood I had to give you some of my own cleaning equipment.... Being on time is so important, and you acted like it wasn't. At least the floor, oven and shower looked clean by the end, but the stress throughout, hours wasted in traffic driving back and forward and unprofessionalism wasn't worth it, I wouldn't recommend or book again. You guys could be good, I think you have some hard workers there, get proper equipment, be thorough, be on time, get your act together.

Hi...i still waiting your contact.I tried to call and send message but no reply from you.I have been waiting in the flat for 3 hours. It is really disappoint...not the attitude i was waiting.But anyway thank you so much but for me it is enough...i will try to find a more professional company.

I organised The cleaning Freaks to clean a new build for our company - requested a quote, accepted and then organised the clean date - everything was organised. From there no contact - house note cleaned, tried to organize another date but they were too busy. Would not recommend them at all, very unprofessional and unorganized and very disappointed!!! Wouldn't even give one star but have to to post.

We had our oven cleaned by this service last week. We are not happy with the result. Our oven looks worse than it did before it was cleaned! It looked lovely when the worker was done but as soon as I went to use it, during preheating, excess cleaning solution bubbled up and started burning causing noxious fumes which spread through our house making us cough. My husband is asthmatic so we are very lucky it didn't trigger an attack! The excess also ran out of our top oven down to the lower oven leaving dark greasy drips all down our lower oven and cabinet. It has also discoloured the painted wall next to it. We have tried to clean it all again ourselves but every time we try to use the oven, more solution seeps out and the mess starts all over again! During the cleaning their staff member was working between our sink and the oven which meant our hardwood floors became covered with a thick greasy film that was then tracked all through our house . There was no towel/ newspaper/cover put on our floor at all. I also have a sneaking suspicion that sugar soap was used instead of a proper oven cleaning product.  It is not meant for oven cleaning.We are extremely unhappy with their work and have asked for our money back as we're going to have to pay someone else to clean our oven properly and also likely that we will need to get our carpets cleaned and that wall repainted.In fairness the worker was friendly and 40 minutes early, nothing to complain about there but he obviously needs to be properly trained and provided with the correct tools for the job.

I was facing heaps of issues likes stains on the chimney and my slaps then i approached these guys and i have never seen such a perfection in the work now i can see the difference in my kitchen it looks very clean and tidy, stainless , Thanks Cleaning freaks for such an exceptional service ! Highly recommended.

Horrible experience! Hired them to come clean a house we were moving into in Auckland and no one showed up. When I tried to chase the matter up the guy on the phone gave me a story that did not add up and promised to call back which he did not do. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Great janitorial service for offices. We are a local church and we found The Clean Freaks online, they have been very reliable and cleaning our church for years. Quality service!

Terrible terrible company. Do not use!!! They don’t even vacuum or sweep!
