Absolutely shocking... my partner has had an ankle reconstruction and hasn't been able to clean at all and I have Cystic Fibrosis. ACC said that you guys would help. There hasn't been a single week where you are on time and most times nobody shows up at all. And our vacuum cleaner plug has been broken! Will be telling ACC not to bother as its way more hassle being home and having nobody turn up than it is crawling around the floor doing it herself.

The home helpers, with one exception, have been good, kind, and worked hard. The communications with the office have been awful. Times are changed without consultation, helpers changed regularly and I am never told who to expect. I've had to call numerous times and most times a return call has been promised but has not been forthcoming. When one is injured and on a return to work programme with lots of medical/physio appointments, the added stress of an unreliable service is not appreciated. Raised this with the office numerous times. Phone call this morning at 8 am saying no one was coming at 9:15 am and they would be here at 11 am which doesn't work. No home help this week.

I been with Florence Nightingale Agency for 13 years and I love it meet nice people . The hours are great can work around my children school hours . You can work as much or as little you like there are different types of jobs you can do. They also gave a gym you can go to to keep you fit and strong so its easier to work.

Great company to deal with

Really difficult to deal with. I sent them multiple emails regarding genuine needs, all ignored. So disappointed.

Yours do not deserve anything as yours do keep clients informed yours will be looseing me

They started out great and then they started to slip up. Call from office to say a carer would turn up still no show. next time no call no show then third time call no turn up and last time no show no turn up and that's even after calling the office. I thought this isn't right this company gets funded by ACC and when I called the office and said I wasn't happy with the company responsibility to my mother accident and how the company communication was lacking with my mother care.Since they only needed to do one thing for her and I was doing all the rest. This was an accident that was allocated for my mothers care funded by ACC my mother wasn't getting what she was allocated from ACC to Florence nightingale. Lack of coommunicaton no extension and they still get full funding from ACC.
