Had an excellent experience returning a faulty device here. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly the Assistant Manager, Mark, who organised a replacement on the spot. Will be returning here for sure

Not only they sell products they help you with a solution to fit in your needs. Not sure what the name of the guy was -Jono!?, but he helped me through to find a solution to make use of a redundant USB mini plug for my car dash-cam. I really like this shop, although the shop assistants seemed to be scared of customers, no greeting or offer of help. It was Saturday morning. Will still go back because the range of equipment is excellent.
