The Escea team in New Zealand have been fantastic in organising a full upgrade on our 6 year old Fireplace by supplying and fitting updated components and being super helpful in all our concerns.

I was aware that my remote was not working and I contacted the website. They responded promptly and suggested that I would clean the battery terminals. Which I did, and lo, the remote worked! I am going to send it to them after the winter so they can service it.

One of the best support experience I’ve had!Never purchased a fireplace before so I had lots of technical questions so I’ve probably made 10~20 phone calls and every time the response was precise and spot on.One time, I wanted to know how many days it would take to empty my 45L LPG gas bottle for the model I was about to purchase based on my room dimensions if 12 hours a day. They run the numbers and got back to me by mail 2 hours later.One area they were especially helpful was the purchase. When you look around the different retailers, speak to them and to your gas fitter, there will be some conflicting information regarding the different parts to purchase (especially flue). Escea technical phone support was great at helping figuring out who was right and who wasn’t.Always double check with them.As for the fireplace I purchased, it’s a DF700. Such a beautiful product, very stylish and minimalist, exactly what I was looking for.Very happy to support a New Zealand company as well.I would highly recommend their products and the company to anyone based on my experience.

Had E04 error on install it had to be looked at twice and part replaced. Flame is mostly blue so does not look realistic and the unit randomly let's out a high pitched sound.Lovely fireplace however am a bit disappointed considering how much we have paid

We purchased the DS1400 Escea fireplace for our new home. We did have issues with the glass but Steve persevered until this was rectified, his customer service and approachability was fantastic. We are very happy with the fire, it looks great and has a wonderful ambience and an excellent heat output. Definitely recommend.Thank youChris and Dee

Moved into my new house with Escea Gas Fire, didn't need to use the fire till the winter, turns out it wouldn't start. I got in contact with Escea regarding my problem they were immediate in helping me resolve the issues, they sent me details of my local repairers, they were extremely helpful when diagnosing the problems, we received multiple call backs from Escea technical help late at night and one guy was even travelling interstate when he called me back, then when new parts were required they were dispatched with efficiency speeding up the whole process. I couldn't thank the Escea guys enough they do a great job and recommend you use them if needed, the service was excellent !Thanks again Escea..

Escea have fantastic after sales service. Even after having an Escea fireplace for 7 years when we had trouble with it, they were extremely helpful. Not only are their staff very knowledgeable about their product, they genuinely want to help. We were kept updated regularly whilst trying to source parts and finding a technician to assist.

We purchased a escea fireplace in 2019 & are very happy with it. It generates a good heat in winter & I often dry my laundry in front of it during the colder months. The customer support is excellent. The staff I have dealt with are friendly, helpful & highly professional.
