Customer service bad. Repair ment to be ready came over from tauranga to collect not ready. No communication nor compensation offered for waste of time and money. Be sure to ring and check on all work before coming

We've been dealing with Andrew, Fleur, Raewyn and the workshop team for over 3 years. No job we have asked them to do is too much trouble, and they go out of their way to help. We were so impressed with the service we received on our previous vehicle that we bought our new motorhome from ALM. Great people, great product, great service. Thanks guys!
