I’ve used their service for a couple of years and have been satisfied every time I’ve needed my hair coloured, cut or styled. Definitely recommend them if you need to get your hair done.

Horrible experience!! unprofessional! My hair makes me sad and angry! I had hair upto my waist and I asked for a trim (take off 2-3 inches). The hairdresser (or if we can even call her that) suggested a layer cut (seems like that's the only cut she knows, reading the other reviews) and chopped off my hair upto my shoulder! My hair is very uneven, zig-zagged and absolutely no layers at all! I can neither leave it down nor tie it up. And she had the nerve to comment on how bad my hair looked & showed me some of her products, and comment on how bad my fuller, freshly done, thick eyebrows looked!. Would not recommend 0/10

Not that bad but they messed up my Curtain bangs so bad it looks ugly now

Absolutely unsatisfactory service. I went in for a trim today and I specifically asked her not to cut my hair short AND I did not want layers. She gave me exactly what I did not want. Hair all the way down to my back is upto the middle of my back now. It's so frustrating. Reading the reviews now tells me that this hairdresser does this to all her customers. Clearly there is a problem here with following instructions. And don't get me started on the comments being made about the condition of my hair. Whilst I was waiting for my trim, I saw another customer's hair smoking at the back of me. That's when I should have known, this was not it. They charge $35 for a trim that they don't even do well, not to mention, they are SO ROUGH when dealing with your hair. Do not go here. Trust me. It's not worth it.

The pricing wasn't 2 bad. I loved the manager there she did my hair and was lovely... This place is placed in hunters plaza papatoetoe.. Loved my results. Thank you

Terrible experience asked for a Bob cut and she chopped my hair off which it's so uneven at the back but only chopped the front just to cut it Bob and made it look like it was cut properly for me to just realise after new years it was uneven at the back. Also Charged me $45.00. Disgusting service and I will be in to tell them how unacceptable it was. Just so disgusting!!!!

Eyebrows look good. I asked for regrowth and straightening. I think maybe a lack of understanding, but then she started cutting. Yes I could've stopped her, but she was so friendly. I wont go back. Hairdresser doesn't listen, I say straighten but she says no it needs more volume! $121 later! Dont recommend at all. Freedom Hunters Plaza your eyebrow lady is good. Manpreet needs too listen to customer. We are paying you. Then she did layers??? I said No!

I got my hair trimmed on 7th January at around 2.30pm. I was attended to by a sri lankan hair dresser and she had ruined my hair. It is not evenly cut. So disappointed with the service. Was charged $40 when it wasn't worth a dollar. Never coming back again!! Waste of money!!!
