Usually Love Raglan roast, have been getting coffee from they're various locations for years. The service in this one today was rubbish, staff clearly didn't want to be there. The girl serving slow to the till, rolling her eyes, didnt listen to my order then made a really average coffee. Sub par.

This place has a casual, kind of homey feel but not much seating choice inside as most seating is outside on the deck. We tried the pizza, which is laid out in a glass case. You pick what appeals to you and they heat it up. It didn't look that appetizing but was actually pretty good. We did have a couple of issues with the place, the main one being that we were there on a very cold day, yet the large front entry, deck entry and another window were wide open. On top of that, there was no heater, so it was freezing inside! The other was this seemed to be the kind of place that's friendly to the locals but not so much to outsiders. We felt like we were intruding on the server while the locals coming in were warmly greeted. We tried to get gelato after our pizza but the proprietor was too busy chatting with the locals while making coffee; so we gave up and left. In all, in spite of liking the pizza enough, we would not recommend this place.

Coffee is good. We asked for have here" but she misunderstood and male staff called out our ordered items.. with take away paper bag so oh well it was our first visit and felt not welcome maybe more work on customer service coz who never knows customers come from everywhere and I won't recommend to my friends and family if it's their first visit Raglan."

Came here because three travel places said it was The Place to go for coffee. We didn't end up ordering coffee but still enjoyed our drinks. The ice cream cabinet looks really interesting - with some unusual and yummy looking flavours, such as 'rice and cinnamon'. Most impressed with how cheap the coffee menu is! The water filter is nice and icy, just what one needs on a hot day. I would love to come back and try out the brunch menu. Thanks for a great experience!

They roast their own beans so the coffee is so fresh and they only charge $2.50 for a long black!Great selection of amazing pizzas and finish off the meal with delicious gelatos even if it is the middle of winter.Best place to eat in Raglan

Found this place last time we went to Raglan. We had the tiramisu, and gelato as well as Raglan Roast coffee. The next day my kids were begging to go back for more gelato so we also tried the pizza. Will definitely come back. The kids often talk about the gelato place!

They do delishous gluten free burgers here!!! Super yummy. Hubby and kids love the pizza too. It's definitely one of our regulars.
