I recently bought a dehumidifier from AppliancePlus Tauranga and received excellent service throughout. There was a delay with the delivery which was entirely due to NZ Post but Taylor, the Website and Social Media Co-ordinator, was very proactive in fixing the problem and went to a lot of effort to sort this out, communicating clearly and regularly throughout to keep me updated. I now have the Mitsubishi dehumidifier I ordered and am very happy with it. It was also bought at the best price available. I would highly recommend AppliancePlus to anyone.

Was very impressed with the warm and friendly welcome from staff as we entered the shop. Left for a few minutes to browse and not pounced on immediately. Shop looks a bit run down and could do with a spruce up.Excellent service makes up for it though.

Brilliant shop great service, great price. Always my first go to for appliances really knowledgeable and friendly staff. Had a problem with and oldish washing machine and they arranged service agent super fast even through Covid.

Really Impressed with these guys. We bought a fridge and they were able to help with loading and loaning us a dolly. Jaimie and the team were polite, professional, never pushy and very accomodating. They also knew their product very well. We were very satisfied, and will bring our business back here in future. 2 more satisfied customers here!

Stumbled on this shop on way back to our car having been to Noel Leemings to look for a fridge freezer. NL were not interested in getting us a left hand door mount and would not give us the same price as the right hand door mount. We left. The guy in Appliance Plus was super helpful, looked up Fisher and Paykel stock, gave us a price sev hundred cheaper than NL and we got it in 3 days. This has to be the most awesome home appliance business in town. Top marks. Very happy.
