Just signed a contract with Veolia for my new home and needed clarification so i decided to call for advice and WOW the lady that picked up the phone sounded like she's been forced to slave in that office dungeon since the 1800s'. The line wasn't clear so i had trouble hearing her and asked politely for her to repeat and she let out the LOUDEST sigh before using the most condescending manner. As a paying customer i don't appreciate being spoken to like that and being treated like an imbecile. Not only did i get little advice for my query, i am infuriated by the service.

Called up to ask about the new monthly invoice change that they notified us about last year in terms of when this was going to start. Been told it will take 2-3 days for someone from the accounts team to notify us about. No point calling customer care for answers when you get fobbed off

Excellent customer service early in the morning under Level 3 lockdown.We woke up to no water coming in our taps at home. I called Veolia to see check what the issue was and they promptly advised there was a burst water main up the road from us. I spoke to Jacob who I understand works on-site and he advised it would take approx. 4 hours for them to fix the main. Jacob then bought bottled water and delivered them to our address. I was so grateful. We have had the best customer service from Veolia. Thank you so much.

I wish we could move to some other provider. Veolia is harassment, customer service is rude and unhelpful. Billing issues are unresolved, it seems the staff at Veolia dosent care, I got a blunt reply 'you have used it, pay for it, we cant help Asheleigh just dint care"

There is a smell that has started to come out of our fresh water at home, all outlets including our hose. Called Veolia on Monday 7:00PM and never received a call back or an update. Smell is still coming from our water, only way to remove this is by boiling / cooling.

One of the worst customer service i have ever had, disgusting staff dont listen to customer and was shocked when their staff hang up 4 times in 1 day. I wish there is an another provider in papakura area or the kick their lazy staff out an hire great professionals!!!!

No online tracking system in place to provide any update on outages on area. Staff doesn't answer calls, and I emailed them hours ago still waiting fog response. Shocking service and outdated technology approach.

Deliberately delay leak repairs. As well as delay informing customers that a leak has been identified. Then charge for services not received.Customer services are polite but have been well trained to use the word unfortunate" ."
