I worked on the third issue of a school publication which showcases students’ artwork and writing and we used Happy Printing for the first time. Simon and Kerry were amazing to deal with and we were so impressed with the service. The print quality is exceptional, the colours are stunning and the paper stock is really beautiful. They are a scam company. Ordered a canvas print last month. Paid a lot of money. They don’t send it nor they respond to emails.

Do not trust. Have done two orders, both of which I had issues with the products turning up. Then, when I was enquiring about a third, and asking what policies they had for things not turning up, I received no response.

Don't answer questions in their replies so you have to type it out again, then stop replying altogether, wasting your time and mucking you around. Poor communication and rude really. They used to be good but perhaps someone has taken over who doesn't care about looking after potential customers, or return customers. I don't recommend.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Extremely affordable, always prompt, the BEST customer service, and of course high quality prints. I've ordered various D&D posters and fantasy maps from HappyPrinting and each one has been fantastic! I couldn't imagine ordering from anywhere else. Massive kudos to Simon and the HappyPrinting team for always going above and beyond!!
