Same experience as Tanya, did not ring me to check before doing major works on my bike. Ended up costing me way more than expected because he found something else and just decided on his own to fix it without telling me. Ended up paying for $1000 worth of work on a $2000 bike. Wouldn't have bothered if he had of said. A bit sneaky.

Make sure you get a firm quote from this guy. What we were told would be around $100 turned out to be $300. Bit tough for a 17 year old to pay especially as it could have gone towards a car instead of a motor scooter. A phone call about the massive increase in price would have been appreciated especially as it was communicated that this job would just be fitted in around other jobs". Consumer guarantees act
