Really poor service, they rather talk to each other then help.

Called in and wanted to deposit a large amount of money today, was told I had to use the automated teller machine, I said to the lady who told me this that I would prefer to deposit the money on a one on one personal basis, her reply to this was that I would have to wait 20 minutes for this to happen.My reply to this was very poor customer service from BNZ Upper Riccarton.Seriously thinking about changing my banking to a Bank that puts customers first.

Extremely poor service, my husband went into the branch about our joint account and they ended up not helping him. Then I discovered my personal visa debit card had been cancelled on the same day. Which has nothing to so with the into account the staff are incompetent. Now I have to go into the back and waste my time to sort it out. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would.

BNZ Bush Inn is always a positive experience. Staff are friendly and professional but one staff member has always stood out for me and I hope management will acknowledge her in the best way possible - Carol Williams. She always comes across as genuinely loving her job, and is efficient, caring, friendly, approachable and invaluable to the branch.

I think this was very poor customer service from BNZ Upper Riccarton. In particular, an employee named Carol Williams seemed so rude and didn't like to do her job. If she doesn't want to work like that, I think it would be right to quit.I am seriously thinking about whether I should continue to use this unfriendly and poor service. I always feel good when I use Westpac or ANZ, but I feel particularly bad often I use BNZ.

This company is not qualified to call itself a bank.I was told they only accept phone calls to open an account, but after waiting a week, I received nothing at all, not an email, not a card, nothing at all.When I checked, the representative left my application pending for more than 10 days. I told them to contact me again to apologize and explain the situation, but they flat out ignored me.It took 15 days after I submitted my application for them to finally contact me by phone. I told them to contact me by email.As a result, I ended up giving them my personal information for nothing.They are so stupid and so many other ways. There is no way they can manage people's money properly like this!I don't even want to give them one star.

Popped into the branch half an hour before closing with some urgent enquiries and was very happy with the service that I received. Due to the complicity of the request, I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient it was handled. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes. Although I didn't end up going with them, just want to say thanks to Debbie and the team for the good work.
