Massage Therapy and Pain Management - FIX ME RONI

Having played sport all over the world, I've had a few massages in my time, but I can safely say Roni is the best! I always walk out of his deep-tissue massages feeling way less tight and feel the benefit over the days after. He always has some excellent stories and can create a relaxing environment while he soothes the knots in my muscles that have come from excessive exercise combined with a lack of stretching. Roni's extensive knowledge of the body means he also provides some great stretches and activities to do at home to help keep you supple. If you play sport at a high level and you are looking for a massage therapist to get you performing at your best, look no further than Roni!

I was in a lot of pain round my hips and legs, was especially hard trying to sleep on my side at night due to the pain. My doctor recommended I try deep massage therapy. I wasn’t keen on the idea but thought well I have nothing to loose and all to gain if it works. So I googled a therapist nearby and found that Roni could fit me in the next evening. After the hour long session I could feel some release and more freedom of movement. As I work on my hobby farm it was important to be able to move freely around the animals and over fences. Roni also encouraged me do a few strength exercises which Im doing daily. Each day I feel stronger, fitter, healthier and more freedom of movement. I feel there is hope of full recovery.Nicole

Roni is an excellent massage therapist, especially if you need strong pressure and someone who understands the underlying issues causing your pain. I have ongoing problems with my neck and shoulders, and Roni is the only one that manages to release them. Highly recommend.

I’m part way through a very strenuous fitness challenge, so my body is riddled with aches and tightness. Particularly in my calves, shins and quads. I booked in for a Sport Massage / Deep Tissue Massage with Roni.Thankfully, Roni completely understood the assignment. I’ve been getting treatment from Roni for around 2 years now. I play Touch rugby at a national level and need to keep the body in pretty good shape.Without Roni’s assistance, I would not be able to keep playing week after week throughout the whole season. He’s pretty much kept me on the field and kept the injuries to a minimum.If you need deep tissue work, he is definitely your man!!

I've had some postural pain issues from sitting at a desk for long hours, which Roni has been able to relieve.The unique thing about Roni's technique is that he is super intuitive about what needs to be worked on. He treated both sides of my body differently which I hadn't experienced with any therapist in the past.I'm three days post massage now and will require a follow up but am feeling amazing considering the amount of pain I was in when I arrived for my massage. I'm now at 85% of feeling good from one treatment.I see in a few of the reviews that people comment on the pain during the treatment but apart from a few tender spots I didn't have any of those 'elbow' moments where I couldn't breathe and had to grit my teeth. He's gentle but effective.
