From our first query about weekly home cleaning, we have been very impressed with the service provided by Nila at Jim’s cleaning. She is consistent, efficient and easy to communicate with. I would absolutely recommend them.

We have just started working with Nila and Yudha and absolutely know we will be working together long term (we are now on-going customers every fortnight). We recently contacted them to clean the apartment we were leaving and they did such a fantastic job we wanted them to come back and help with our new home. This weekend they have just completed a full clean of the house and honestly we are blown away by the detail they have put into the clean they have done. Not only are they fantastic at what they do they are also two of the most loveliest people to deal with especially Nila's quick wit and understanding we are two busy professionals with a family so contacts us for reminders. We absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service. Also price is exceptional for what they provide.

Yudha and Nila’s service is amazing. We had an excellent consultation to tailor make just the right cleaning requirements for our busy family home and the actual clean did not disappoint. We would highly recommend their service.

She came and gave a quote which we both agreed with 2 weeks ago. And I left her my keys to do the exit cleaning. After she had finished her work, we went back to have a look, the outcome was unprofessional. There’re dirty spots in the toilet seat, and also visible dust on the floor. When she was asked to redo the spots my agent has pointed out. She was unwilling to do so and said my place is very dirty overall. After a few back and forth communication, she came and redid it, she left toilet paper in the bowl without a flush. Not a good experience before I leave this country. Will not recommend it.
