Absolutely beautiful shopping experience, a borderline heavenly experience. The shelves were completely stocked and the selection was impeccable, the service was lovely, and the online shopper walking around was kind and courteous. I had my shopping take place on sunday and whilst the store was busy the staff were incredibly patient with the customers!! However some of my products I bought were expired but the online shopper again was incredible and she took the products and offered her apologies!

Local countdown - always a positive experience. The bakery section is not as good compared to other countdowns though (smaller selection, tastes a bit different). Staff are always nice.

A relatively good supermarket but as its not very large it doesn’t carry the best range of goods.. Regularly runs out of items and some days the shelves feel very bare - and not Covid related either….don’t know if they just don’t order enough stock for the store or what the issue is. However it is handy for the locals but would be better if they expanded into the vacant store next to them…

Terrible shopping experience, there wew boxes of goods everywhere, lots of empty shelfs on a Sunday afternoon, random staff chatting and swearing, a few staffs were taking smoking breaks at the downstairs carpark, making the carpark smells really bad. It wasn't like this before, will never come back.

Not the best prices or the largest version. No shopping trundler bay in the car park. Strange to have rubbish bags only available at the check out.

A good range of groceries in a moderately sized space. Care needs to be taken to find specials that offer real value though. Most stock is now available at increasingly elevated prices. Some of the old brands are now gone.

Always well stocked and tidy. Has a good selection of seasonal stuff like Christmas and Easter chocolates and paraphernalia. Lovely helpful staff.

So many staff wandering around big lines at the checkout and only two check outs open. New world is so much better
