I received a 7star services from the team in Rototuna, from start t finish. I had a warm welcome from both Zelda and Pauline the moment I set foot in the clinic. The clinic was clean and tidy and the professionalism I received from Angeline was tops. I would recommend this clinic to anyone I know for best friendly helpful service.

The hearing center is accomodating from the reception to the audiologist. The clinic is tidy and staff are professional. We even have a free consultation and we are just visitor in NZ. They referred us to see a specialist first to see if the hearing problem can be cured by medicine before they will recommend to avail a hearing aid which is a little bit costly.

Triton are very good at helping us with the technology of our hearing aids. This is partiularly valuable so we get the best from our hearing aids. In paticular the help they give the older person who may have sore hands is valuable as we navigate changing filters and such like ourselves. They are more than happy for us to call in if we have problems. There is no charge for this service.
