Brilliant little pharmacy, their service was second to none!The staff were so friendly and pharmacist David went out of his way to help us. Your kindness was much appreciated.

My family have been traveling in NZ for 2 weeks. We have had a wonderful trip so far. Our last few days will be spent in Kaikōura . We had the misadventure in going into the Kaikōura pharmacy looking for cold and flu tablets. The pharmacist without making eye contact told us with insolence that one particular active ingredient was not available in NZ, no further advice was forthcoming. I am used to pharmacists providing advice with a smile and always, helpful service. So, congratulations to the Kaikōura pharmacy in receiving our NZ holiday, ‘rudest and most unhelpful customer service award’.Do yourself a big favour and stock up on pharmacy items before you arrive in Kaikōura.PS…..your reply below does not demonstrate any contrition as expected and only goes to confirm your lack of customer service. I am an allied health professional in Au and my daughter a Doctor. You were not at all polite during your curt interaction with usYou also failed to advise that the medication was available on script. Please self reflect and learn that you don’t have to read people’s minds, you just need to be friendly and obliging and offer a professional service.
