Glad there is a Seiko service center in NZ. My F1 Honda Racing Sportura stopped working and now it's back on my wrist fully operational again after a full service. It wasn't a timely turnaround due to some missed emails but I wasn't in a hurry.

So handy. I was not aware that you could go to this place; I thought it was only for big businesses. The staff are so accommodating. Service was quick and superb. Did not have to wait too long.

Absolutely fantastic service from Sue and Reuben at Seiko NZ. My SKX was loosing 60sec per day prior to Reuben working his magic... now gains only 90sec over two weeks (I’m stoked). Incredibly reasonable pricing for service and repairs (cheaper than other independent shops I contacted). If your Seiko needs a birthday, I can’t rate this team highly enough. I’ll be back.
