Bought black bean stir fry, Chicken fried rice, dumplings, kebab, crispy chicken and Wonton.All of the food except dumplings was luke warm, some of it was cold.Crispy chicken was chewy and luke warm.Kebab was an OK temperature, and tasty. Dumplings were HOT and tasty.The coldest was the chicken fried rice and black bean.To top things off, when I told the manager, she just looked at me and said nothing. I said I did not enjoy this meal at all". I then paused

The food here is absolutely amazing. I always the delicious curries, steam buns and oh the dumplings are also a taste sensation of delight. Highly recommended. Value for money to oh my gosh yes go here!

Don't waste your time with the Country Fried Chicken. Was told a 20 minute wait but ended up waiting 35 minutes for bland, oily, overcooked chicken. Got to my car and checked my order to find there was no gravy, went back in to query this and they knew full well but never mentioned that when I purchased the meal. Got offered coleslaw or a piece of chicken which is of less value than the gravy then waited a further 5 minutes to receive it by this time the chips had gone cold. Paid $40 for a very sub par meal, not please at all with our experience.

The lady who took our order, didn't confirm she got our order and it's being prepared, no expectations given for wait time either. We waited for more than 40 mins, still no one came to confirm until we ask. The chicken tasted dry, salty and burnt. Tasted like it was just fried again from previous day. We will not come again. Thank you.

Quite a rude staff member working. Went in to have a look at the curries and she said they were closed, sighed heavily and rolled her eyes before saying seriously". Fair enough if you are closed but there were people still being served and I don't appreciate the attitude. The hours were not visible on the door. Didn't get anything and got a kebab round the corner."

Food is great. But the over chunky lady who wears glasses and serves the food needs to be customer friendly. I hate being served by her and some days she has a real attitude. Would be nice to actually be greeted with a positive ' Hello how are you today ' than her unfriendly customer service. Perhaps she could look up how to learn customer communication?.

I really enjoy chai yo's meals but it is such ashame that the customer service level is so bad. The blonde lady with glasses who works there is extremely unpleasent and always greets me so rudely with her fake and sarcastic tone while rolling her eyes.

Food was average and staff was appallingly rude. Blonde girl with glasses with a horrible attitude who did not greet customers, proceeded to order and sat down. She then slammed the food on the table without saying anything and walked away. My appetite was ruined so I decided to get a take away container. As she was serving other customers, I waited as she was cheerful and pleasant to the other customers. Made we wonder what I did to deserve this treatment? I politely said to her before I left if I have offended her in some way, I apologize but that's no way to treat your customers. After reading some of the reviews here, it looks like she should not be in hospitality....
