Great service on a hard to sell property. We are very grateful that we selected Ben to sell our house. It wasn't perfect by any means and there were a few quirks to work through with potential buyers. He worked so hard for us to get a sale in a tough market and we couldn't be happier. Final price wasn't amazing, but was fair and a reflection of what was sold, the market and it being a buyers market not a sellers. Overall happy with our service from Ben.

Helpful, informative and patient. Ben was the selling agent for the house we bought. He was friendly and responsive to our wide ranging information requests, and facilitated several visits to the property outside of open homes for ourselves to check it out, and to bring through a builder and engineer. When it came to offer time he was as straight up as he could be, whilst acting with the seller's interest as priority, and he went above and beyond to get everything documented and lodged asap. In general he was just a solidly nice guy, with good green credentials, who went so far as to pick us up from our house (in his EV) when we accidentally stood him up at the pre-settlement inspection. Would recommend.

We͏ met Ben when he sold our friends' house a few years ago. Over time we got to know him a bit and we knew if/when it came time to sell our house it would be with Ben. He was super patient (we were very indecisive!) and responsive and provided lots of guidance throughout the process of deciding whether to sell - we never felt any pressure. When we made the decision to sell he was really helpful with outlining the best strategy, how it would all work, putting all the pieces together and keeping us updated. Throughout it we always felt Ben was really genuine and down to earth - a quality that we hadn't often experienced with other agents.
