Exceptional service! Both ladies who I met were very friendly and Tracey went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.

shocking service. Got an infection and had to go on antibiotics as arm swells and got bruising large and spread to rashes.

Quick service although you are just a number. The worse bloodtest i have ever had. 5 days later my arm still hurts and got a massive bruise.

We had really professional and kind service here, I was worried when I read the reviews! But Tracey was wonderful with my very nervous child and we had a positive experience.

Everything is absolute chaos!! Waited and waited. There were only 2 testers and 50+ people waiting. System kept crashing and no one to help them. Absolutely disgraceful service

I had the misfortune to try and go here for a blood test today. I arrived to find an empty reception area. There was a sign that said press the bell for assistance...none came ( I could hear no bell). There was a computer screen that advised that I should take a card out of a box and scan it, then sit and wait. I waited for 15 minutes, and tried to rescan my card...still no-one arrived. A photocopier man arrived and he was able to flag down someone and ask them questions...which they apparently did not know the answer to. A delivery man arrived with a street sign for this facility, and after failing to gain any attention with the 'bell' left, leaving his delivery unsigned for! More people arrived, and I told them that the bell did not work, and the many people moving up and down the corridor were ignoring us in the waiting room. It was only when one of these people came to shut the door to the waiting room that we were able to complain about the situation! Finally a technician arrived, and I was told that my card suggested that I had only been waiting 15 minutes...when in fact I had been there about 1/2 an hour (this suggests that my initial scan of the card had not worked, or that my second attempt at scanning the thing overrode my first attempt! My doctor's office had assured me that the order for the blood test had been sent to the Taranaki pathology Service, but it took an inordinate amount of time for the technician to locate this request...and I am still unsure if the right tests were taken! On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give this place a minus 1.

Honestly, the best experience I've had at any pathology clinic I've been to! Both ladys were so lovely, smiley and super efficient. I needed bloods done and glucose test so was there for an hour and saw nothing but smiles. At one stage of my visit someone needed to wait as both ladys were in rooms taking blood but that person only had to wait 2mins at the most. Will be going back to the bell block pathology in future. Thanks

Don’t get Tracey very uninformative! Very Bad experience when I wasn’t well ! Been there before and was treated well .. obviously depends who you get on the day
