Forget Me Not Flowers
Had a good experience a few years ago and its the only reason for 2 stars not 1 star.However, on Friday I received an order through Interflora made by Forget Me Not, that was pretty poor. Spent $150 plus delivery on a bouquet and was not impressed.Multiple flowers were bruised, the bunch was small for the spend, and the hydrangea in the bunch was covered in spots - it was past it.This was an important centrepiece for me so I spent good money making sure it was a decent size, cant say I’d use them again now.The white roses were bruised. It looked like old stock.Really disappointed.Approached Interflora and they went back to them. Came back and said the spend was right for the bunch. The quality of these flowers and the condition they arrived in - not good enough.

LOVE LOVE LOVEEEE FORGET ME NOT FLOWERS! They never ever fail to make me the most beautiful bouquets for my friends and family! I always find myself needing to pop in last minute to grab a small gift and Alex and her team are happy to make me something on the spot and they turn out 100% gorgeous!! 10/10 would recommend for any occasion!

I have purchased bouquets for various occasions and each time Alex has exceeded my expectations and delivered beautiful fresh flowers. Whether I'm in store purchasing or online - it is always perfectly assembled. The time & effort Alex puts into her arrangements shines through with each gorgeous bouquet being made with a personal touch. Alex goes above and beyond to create happiness wrapped in a bow. I highly recommend this lovely lady and can't wait to see her work her magic for my wedding bouquets!

Have been buying my flowers for my Grandmother for the past 13 years! Have never had any issues, communication is always fantastic! And flowers are ALWAYS fresh and smell amazing! They also have a great selection of cards, lovely candles and the best customer service! Would recommend to all

The lady was super nice! Very talkative and friendly. She made me a beautiful dried flower bouquet that went beyond my expectation! She is a lovely lady that really brings a smile onto your face!

I ordered a bunch of flowers from Helen but before I went to collect my car had broken down. I couldn't get to the store before closing but explained the situation and Helen hand delivered them to me while I was waiting with my car for it to get sorted. Amazing service and a beautiful bunch of flowers. Thank you so much!

This review is well overdue!Alex is a flower pro! She did the most beautiful job of my bridal bouquet and my bridesmaids flowers. I have mine dried out 3 years on, and it still looks stunning. The complements haven’t stopped on it either, one of the most beautiful bouquets they’d ever seen.

I just wanted to say thank you once again for your thoughtful and kind floral delivery service. Your staff went the extra mile to check if the hospital ward my friend was in could receive flowers. When they discovered it would not be allowed they arranged for our note of encouragement to be delivered instead with a voucher to be used by our friend at a later date. Thank you for going the extra mile to ensure I was able to cheer our friend up and also give her a gift she could actually receive and enjoy.
