As my first full body massage Hamish made me feel comfortable right away. He was very professional and adjusted the massage to my needs. I would definitely go again. The place was also well kept and relaxing apart from the sound of road works, which can't be helped. Thank you :)

An amazing team of professionals. I have been going to Maintain for 2 years now and would not go anywhere else. I have a pretty physical job and lifestyle which tends to take its toll on my body. Maintain Massage opened especially for me on Sunday (new years eve) so I could buy a 'peace pillow' as I was travelling from out of town and developed a sore neck from the new bed and pillow I was using. This service was above and beyond. The pillow was amazing and I woke up the next day with no neck pain. I was also provided contact details for a good massage therapist in my town. Great service and would highly recommend! Thanks Maintain Massage!
