Very helpful team, needed a battery replaced in my levo TCU. The bike wasn’t purchased through them, but they sorted it on the spot and there was no charge. Highly recommend. Cheers again Wanaka Bike it Now.

What an awesome shop and what fantastic staff they have.Went for a bike service and ended up with helmets, shoes and a they specifically fitted my wifes bike which had been uncomfortable since its purchase from another bike shop ( not a Bike It Now shop).Nothing was too hard, and we didn't feel abandoned when it got crazy busy...everybody was on tune" for their customers.Thanks particularly to Duncan and Jordan...just a great experience all round."

Amazing service, really helpful staff - waaay better than any other bike shop I've experienced. Fixed my gear issue when other bike shops told me I needed to replace a variety of parts. Easy parking out front, I'll definitely be back. Thanks!

Came in to ask some questions about tyres. They really took the time to give me some great advice without upselling me or rushing into a sale..Really friendly and knowledgeable staff and an excellent selection of bikes. I'll definitely will be using them again..thankyou.
