The toxic online world of entitled bullies who don't get what they want for cheap/discount is sad for small businesses, but the amazing reviews from their clients shows the true story. Theft - Failure to honour valid voucher.I was gifted a cleaning voucher for my baby shower by my lovely friends. After back and forth emails trying to find a suitable date for us both, I accepted a time proposed by Molly's to which I got a reply informing me I was 'too late' and they were now unwilling to honour my voucher (which was still within the expiry date) and that they would give me a partial refund instead, as they were unable to provide a date before my voucher expires. I didn't accept this offer as I felt it was unfair unjust because I had accepted a date (less than 24 hours after it was offered to me via email). I have requested we go to mediation over this, however the manager said she would rather bring in her company lawyer, at my cost. She has now approached my friend who purchased the voucher. How embarrassing, for the company and for my friend being included in this. Please take note of the one star reviews here and do not use this business! They are highly unprofessional and have not one ounce of good faith.

Molly’s did a one off deep clean of our home. They were very professional to deal with and they made a lovely job. Can really recommend the oven clean too. I would definitely look to use them again in the future.

I opened the front door to a very fresh fragrance. The cleaning was to a high standard so much so that no one would have believed it is my home. Steam clean of the painted walls and ceilings gave a good as new finish. Fridge and oven an excellent sparkling clean. Bathroom and toilet very white and shower glass almost invisible. Highly recommended.

I was recently given a voucher for a clean for my baby shower after recently hearing some horror stories about This company, I still went ahead and used my voucher. Communication via email was very abrupt and impersonal. Let the ladies in and they seemed to be doing An amazing job they then ask you to fill out a sheet which states you are satisfied with your clean, I needed to pop out so wasn’t able to sight the clean once they left given it was a voucher I just signed it anyway. Came home to hair all over the tiles, pink cleaning solution still in the grout almost like only half of the tiles had been done. Mould on the ceilings still extractor fan still dusted, these will all noted in the cleaning list they handed me which would be cleaned. And if I’m being honest it doesn’t smell clean like most bathrooms do once they have had a sparkly clean. I’m not one to write reviews but I do thinkIt’s only fair people know other peoples experiences. Not seeking any sort of compensation just hopeful the company can use this as some constructive feedback. Many thanks, wish you all the best.

Molly's is fantastic. Very thorough and the house always looks clean and smells great. They also make time to take care that my little dog is comfortable around them. Great service. Would highly recommend.

I recently arranged a tenancy end clean for a tidy four bedroom home. As a first time user of both a cleaning agency at the end of a tenancy and Molly’s I was hoping to reduce the stress of a move, particularly so close to Christmas and New year. To say that I was disappointed would be an absolute understatement. Molly’s website is self proclaimed meticulous and OCD mums. OCD not necessary, but meticulous when you are house proud and want to leave the home in good condition is an absolute must. I would instead describe the service as lazy, sloppy and completely unsatisfactory.I took a total of 82 photos demonstrating that no windows were wiped down, floors not vacuumed, dust from skirtings not done, blinds not wiped down (just rolled up to hide), walls and door frames not wiped at all. Even things like the splash back in the bathroom had tooth paste splash still from the rushed morning of the move or the kitchen cupboards with slight coffee spills not wiped. Nothing filthy or challenging, just a light wipe would’ve resolved.I instead spent 3+ hours cleaning before having to hand the keys over.When I reached out to Molly’s to let them know politely how poor the clean was, it was basically disregarded as the cleaners had a different version of events. I had openly and honestly acknowledged in my initial email that there was a slight inconvenience upfront in that a few areas were still having furniture removed due to the late arrival of our movers. BUT that we had gone out of our way to move around furniture to ensure half of the house was isolated for the cleaners to begin.After a lot of back and fourth and a large number of photos shared, they agreed to reduce my total invoice by $200. Leaving the clean totalling approximately $500. Beware. There is just absolutely no way $500 worth of work was done and the pictures speak a thousand words.I have reluctantly agreed to pay the remainder of the bill on the basis that there was no true ability for Molly’s to rectify the poor job as the keys were due back. However, let this be a warning for you. No tenant would want to pay additional rent to enable a cleaning company to right their wrong so if you are looking for a tenancy end clean, look elsewhere.The manager apologised and indicated processes and policies have been updated and additional training provided to the cleaners. While this is fantastic and provides some reassurance that quality may improve..I am still out of pocket for a $500 clean that wasn’t worth $100 and am put off use of any company again. Avoid or pay some teenagers to do it, they would do a better job!UPDATE: Since advising them I would not waste any more time, will pay the bill and reserve my right to post a review, Mollys have emailed me to threaten legal action for my feedback and have now decided that instead of their original apology and acceptance of a poor job that they are going to say that the house was dirty and this is cyber bullying? Outrageous. They have not been able to provide any evidence of a soiled home and I have before and after photos of the home. Shocking end.

Deep cleaning our 3 storey home and granny flat is no mean feat. The Mollys ladies were fantastic, efficient and good humoured, working around my very elderly mum. Our house looks loved and the oven is like new again. Thank you Mollys Services.

I was so thankful for your moving out cleaning services during the busy days prior to Christmas. I wasn't able to be there for the cleaning, as I was moving into my new place that same day. That took a lot of stress out and the cleaners showed up on time and finished the job professionally. I was so impressed when I finally made it there to check, I have no complains. They did an amazing job, spotless bathroom and kitchen, and the place smelled so fresh as I walked in, it was like nobody ever lived there!!!

Working with the Molly’s team prior to cleaning day was great - responsive, cheerful and helpful.Molly’s team on cleaning day were less than helpful.* Cleaners were significantly late and then didn’t follow instructions about where to park on-site. * Cleaners seemed to do a rushed job when they did arrive, as agreed tasks weren’t carried out to a high standard.* Some items I had to re-clean anyway - eg our floors were left with a sticky residue that became a slips hazard.All up - bill was $515 for a ‘mini- clean’.Wouldn’t recommend.
