We had a bad experience with company when asked to install carpet and vinyl. They failed to order the selected floor coverings and asked us to lift old ones before checking if the stock had arrived. After several days they then installed a carpet that was not our choice. Would definitely not recommend these people on the basis of their customer service!!

Nice people but Im not sure I would go with Harrisons again. Dont be pressured into signing your deal with them because the special runs out soon. They have specials ALL the time. Once the carpet was in with different coloured walls it took on a weird beige tone as opposed to the grey I was wanting. I should have painted a test wall first. Communication then became difficult and although guarantee includes, if you dont like the colour you can change it, the cost of that is extortionate and all too much hassle. Easier to buy a big rug lol

Michelle and Devon are fantastic. We have used their services twice now for carpet, vinyl and vinyl plank install. They were professional, kept us well informed throughout the process and offered keen insight into what might suit the colour scheme in the homes. The installers were prompt to arrive, friendly and got the job done quickly and to a high standard. It was also great the Michelle followed up each time with a phone call to make sure we were happy with the result. We will be using them again for our next project and we would happily recommend them to anyone!

Brilliant to deal with. You won't get better service than these guys ....Devon is a genuine good bloke, willing to go the extra mile, has a nothing is a problem" attitude. He knows how to treat customers properly. Highly recommended....in fact I recommend not going anywhere else for carpet.We have had the carpet installed
