Adressed Power Equipment for a warranty issue and was told by front-office, Mrs. Lisa H. - after providing various forms with CC-info etc. - that we would have to book 6 months (!!!) in advance for an appointment with a technician. Manner was rather rude and lead-time offered obviously not acceptable (especially for a boat in transit). We enjoyed great (!) Yanmar services world-wide and hope this experience remains an exception. However, we cannot comment on general quality of their services, since it did not get that far.
