The dumplings are great but they did not follow the instructions on my order for no mayonnaise to be used. Fortunately I dislike mayo - I'd hate to think if I was allergic. There is a reason people request that things not be added.

I am not a dumpling office do but these were very yummy cheap and the jasmine tea good. Could improve on cleanliness but for a quick stop and light lunch very good. Cost $

That wasn't good at all....... My wife ordered Calamaris today, what she got is what You can see on the picture. In the menue the calamaris are advertised as rings and really looking good, in reality she got that bunch of fried, Not crispy and totally oversalted pieces of whatever, that is more than disappointing. I ordered duck on rice with vegetables and sweet/sour sauce. 75% of the Duck was fat, bones and not crispy skin. The vegetables were two small pieces of leek or so..... If You order vegetables it should be a variety of some more than this. The sauce was extra packed in a little plastic container and not more than 2-4 centi litres. Are You kidding me? It wasn't worth that money of over 40$ at all. Every McDonald's is better than that.

Average experience. Rice was a bit dry as well as the Katsu. A bit overcooked, had to drown it in soy sauce. Dumplings were good though.You need to make the staff aware of you. After waiting for 5 minutes without being served, I grabbed the menu by myself and ordered at the cashier.First meal arrived after 10 minutes. Around 5 minutes later the 2nd one came in, and the first one was already pretty cold. 5 minutes later dumplings were served.

Excellent food. We particularly liked the boba and dessert options. Dumplings were a bit ugly to look at but tasted amazing, with a great filling to dough ratio. Chili oil and soy sauce as well. Green tea was wonderful and not too hot or cold. Nothing to complain about with the food. But it was very loud and crowded, the music was playing so loud you could hardly hold a conversation without shouting and the floor was sticky. Our order got mixed up and we were (politely) kicked out early to seat new customers. For some it would add to the experience, but be warned it will be very busy and loud. Would recommend reservations, particularly for busy times.

First time at this place with a small group of colleagues. My food didn't come out with the rest of service. After 5 mins had to chase up at counter. Eventually, I got it, and it was cold. Seemed a popular busy place though.

The Dumpling Company has been relocated next door recently. It’s now much larger. Besides, there are some new dishes on their menu. I tried this hotpot and it was really nice.
