A very big store, but know your rights around return of product. My son tried to return boots that were falling apart after 4 months, they said they couldn't help, I went back in with him and they suddenly were able to help! I was polite and friendly but I knew my rights. Shame they couldn't have been more helpful for my son.

Jandles hurt my feet, purchased yesterday. Would not refund because I had worn them for 5 mins. What a joke you money grabbing theifs

Clean store, great variety, friendly staff and a good number of shoes on sale as a bonus. Was quite surprised to see women's shoes up to a size 15! And a nice variety of them too. :-)

Bought a pair of Hacknell shoes today for $79.95 from a 'special' display area - on checking at home the price ticket on the shoes was $69.95 - - underneath the sticker on the box was the original price of $59.95? - NOT IMPRESSED!!!

Ok so i was charged twice for a single pair. Went next day to get my balance back. The manager was rude. No smile no apologies nothing. Why throwing attitude ??? Leave the job if you cant deal with it.

My visit here was ok great service for my personal shopping. But 1 star for a return of a pair of shoes gifted to my baby all in box and tag still on but no receipt or gift exchange was given to me by the person who gifted me,during Xmas but number 1 shoes had no exceptions and didn't exchange. Every store does have exceptions during Xmas.
