Generally, I like this airport as it was clean and organized. But for an international airport, it is not big enough. I believe it can still be expanded given the growing number of tourists in NZ. I do commend the authority for setting up free water refilling station to discourage people from buying bottled water.

Good to see friendly staff and some shops from pre-pandemic time. However, it's late evening, and everything is closed. I wish the usual buzz will be back soon.

Landing, entry control and and baggage claim normal. I was able to buy a suitable SIM card right afterwards - friendly and helpful advice.

Ridiculous, hundreds of people waiting in the queue to security gate, they only open 1 gate to do check.... 7 staffs for a gate. Make it huge delay

Avoid taxi from international airport. We arrived with kids at around 1 am but those singh Indian taxi driver didn’t take us for short journey. We had to take Uber to hotel.Support Uber and avoid this greedy singh Indian taxi driver. Council should monitor them.

It was a disgrace to be called an International Airport. Everything closed staff were rude snarling at people at 5am. Stool at a wired fence like cattle waiting to be opened to go to plane no seating for anyone to sit except the floor. Nothing opened anywhere. I was ashamed for the visitors everyone was declaring never to use Auckland airport again. Auckland you need to go and learn how to treat people from the ChCh Airport so much more friendly as in staff seating availability eateries etc. Covid will go but horrible Auckland Airport won't be forgotten.

Safest airport for a pandemic time. Officials and frontline staff are so dedicated and working hand in hand to do a good work. It should be highly appreciated.
