Definitely a rubbish store , service was so bad , untrained staff whoever trained them.Went there as Apple support asked me to go as they are highly trained, but it’s a waste of my time, Indian guy didn’t even try to helped me looks like he just want to sell me something!In fact we are Apple users! They are not highly trained by Apple - don’t think soNever again I will come back and never recommend!Staff should go back and be retrained !!!

Dropped my AirPod pro 2nd Gen off for repair on the 4th March due to the left AirPod couldn’t connect. I was kept informed the whole time whenever there was any updates available. I got an email on the 9th March informing me that the repair was complete. Went and pick them up today, both of my AirPod pros were replaced with a brand new one and some extra ear tips were provided too. I am so pleased with their service, no mucking around and prompt communications. I have no doubt in the team there. Thank you.

Just popped into your store, I had really simple questions for information needed to make my decision on where I want to spend my money. Shopping for specific items. The sales man took it upon himself to tell me what he thought I needed to know wasting my time making comments like “if u buy from Apple they will send you here anyway”, “your money will go offshore” etc.. if I wanted to know howmuch Apple sell there products for I would have gone online ( I was aware of the full prices online, but as you do you shop around to consider all options before purchasing from a store), I came physically in store to assess the difference in price for second hand items.. got a couple of my questions answered wich is good. Probably won’t shop with your franchise though if it’s that hard to get simple answers. Would probably be a nightmare getting what you need when you have repairs etc.

Actully I give minus 2 stars for this business. Had to give it one star above to to be able to make this post as if you do not mark any stars, you cannot post the review. I went in OBOE Newmarket Auckland today to ask about repairing broken glass screen on my IPad 7 Model A2197(display and touch working fine). OBOE staff member told me that Ipads cannot be repaired in any way - not at all. Asked are you sure? Told absolutely sure! - you have to buy a new IPad. Asked, can their batteries be replaced - reply was No they cant be replaced. Really - Avoid this place at all costs

Would like to mark it zero if I can. Apple ask me to drop off the AirPods to this store today. The two Indian guys refused me to drop off and give thousands of excuses. Then Apple tell me to go another store and they solve the problem soo fast and friendly. Won’t go OOBE any more until they change the staff. Waste time!!You're talking nonsense ! My headphones are counterfeit? Ridiculous! Apple has arranged for me to go to another repair shop in Auckland and they fixed my AirPods already. I attached a photo, this is what you guys are saying my earphones are counterfeit earphones? I will make a complaint to Apple about what you guys did and said.

Have an issue with my phone , Technician Kamil has great knowledge of all the aspects of the phone . He not only help me to resolve my issue but also help to back up my Data in the cloud for 30 days that resolve my biggest issue regarding data backup.. Highly recommend. Great work

I turned up at Oobe Newmarket this morning with a laptop that wouldn't let me into any Microsoft programme, including email, or the likes of Dropbox and I had no idea why. Time to panic, or at least feel that it was time for this pensioner to return to pen and paper. Great staff, however, patiently got me through everything - and the issues did seem complex even if my own bad practices didn't help - and sent me out the door extremely happy. Thanks, Guys. 100 percent service I would thoroughly recommend.

Honestly, I think the people giving this place 5 stars are just lying. I sent my laptop to the store because the keyboard wasn't working - I had told them that there was no liquid damage in the computer; then the scumbag employee mentioned that there were some little marks on it and they still charged me with the same price of fixing something that had liquid damage!! That's not all, I had been given an email back telling me about the result of their inspection" - they didn't even know what was wrong with it (facepalm) and then sent me a quote for a keyboard replacement - $750.00!! I wasted nearly $200.00 for them to tell me what I already knew about it and just told me to replace the keyboard... Robbery."
