Young man could not have been more helpful on addressing my questions over the phone. Very competitive pricing. Shaver purchased was $50 cheaper than elsewhere. Ordered online and delivered(no charge!!) to Coromandel 2.5 days later. Excellent service thank you

WORST EXPERIENCEBought one WAHL TRIMMWA9898-312.Do not buy this as the blades are becoming faulty and not covered under warranty. Just a blade cost about $70.My new one become faulty just in 3 use and sales team said it’s not covered because of wear and tear.On top of that the Worst customer service at the store. So please stay away from this store. Rest up to you allThanks

Terrible spammers. The product i bought is fine, but they have not stopped spamming my email since, despite unsubscribing. I also wrote a review for their website (same as this) and guess what, they deleted it! So a warning, only order from these guys if you want to be spammed relentlessly then have your honest feedback deleted. Attn shaver shop, if you want this review removed have the decency to actually get in touch with me

Terrible service, did click and collect and it said it would be ready in 5 hours. Call back 24 hours later and Troy in store say’s they have the item I wanted but it is still processing “nothing they can do” he says. Why bother click and collect then.I said can I do a refund and just come in and buy the item, Troy say’s he is not sure if the refund will go through. Just completely apathetic.Terrible, sickening service. Nothing they can do.

Came in recently and bought a GHD from St Luke’s store. Both the manager and assistant manager were excellent! They knew exactly what I was looking for! Definitely recommend St Luke’s branch!!
