The Warehouse Lyall Bay

I regularly visit the Warehouse to get a bargain because I heard a rumour that everyone can get a bargain here... and it’s true! Plenty of inexpensive options from homeware, clothing, music, books, toiletries, gardening stuff, car stuff, jewelry (but don’t), bags o’ chips, toys, outdoor furniture, pillows, pegs, extra large Toblerones, PS3 games (still), DVDs (still), dog bowls, phones, stationery, faux WWE championship belts, to jandals.

Loveliest lady working here! Didn’t get her name but she had on Christmas ears, one raindeer and one snowman om each side at the self service check outs around 7:50 tonight! Made my night how helpful and kind she was :)

A “Shout Out” to Ashleigh in Lyall Bay who went the extra mile in assisting me with an enquirey regarding a TV that was being delivered to me. Therer was some urgency and she really tried herbest to interscept delivery so I could pick it up. While that wasn’t successful her excellent service was appreciated

My printer stopped working a few weeks after I bought it. According to the instructions, it was not the toner (I had printed about 50 pages since it was new).So I took it back to the Warehouse to show it off and ask for help. The young lady told me that I had to have it shipped to the repair center for an assessment, the delay was 2 or 3 weeks and I needed a printer immediately. She told me I could buy another one, since if I hadn't misused my printer, I would be reimbursed.After that, I never heard from her again. I had some urgent work to do, so I waited to contacted Warehouse, after some time : the printer was waiting for me, the toner had to be changed. I explained that I had bought a printer in the meantime, and that I had been told I could be reimbursed for the old one. The same employee denied her own words, and would not listen.In the end, over a hundred dollars in the trash.On other occasions, the staff had been very good. After that, I went to the Warehouse as little as possible.To note also, the products were very counterfeit (example of Belgian chocolates), and the products of very poor quality (pen, etc).I'm writing this negative review several months after the facts, I didn't have the time at the time (besides, Warehouse made me waste a lot of time, for nothing in the end).Buy online!

Big place, a lot of option from kitchen wares, office chairs and tables, equipments, electricals, stationery, printers, shoes, clothes, vegetables and perfumes. I never experience going through a queue everytime I buy there. You can also do a membership online, so Convinient.

Really good appliances, clothing, dishes, some furniture, cutlery, bedding etc for a great price.......

Very poor service. It says open at 8am but had a skeleton staffing level. Did not stock standard stationery item that was available at Warehouse Stationery pre 30 April closure. No one in Warehouse stationery section to ask if item was on order. No one on the checkouts. Self service checkouts only. One person available at customer service and he was serving someone.
