Zone Sports Bar
The wings are probably the worst I've ever eaten. They are crumbed which makes for a soft disgusting skin underneath. They also tasted like reheated chicken which tells me they are likely not fresh. Fries and slaw were good though.I had a cheeseburger and fries o my second visit and this is the best burger I've had in Hamilton. Excellent!

We visit the zone bar quite a bit, but is always far too cold. They have the air conditioning pumped up too much. The drinks and food are well priced, but the food is mediocre. Great big screen though for watching rugby..

poor service I get its a busy night and staff are streched. but waiting over 40 mins for pizza. asked where it was no sorry at first. asked for a couple of complimentary drinks was met with a stern no. we can refund your food. asked once more but was met with the rudest of nos. food arrived but no napkins and the curly where cold. not impressed. and this was by the so called manager.

Went to wing night Thursdays. Got there early and the first set of wings came out pretty quickly. Ordered both types of wings and both were perfectly nice, however after 6pm people started coming in. Bar staff were serving one at a time and seemed to have no idea how to use the ordering system, at points had 3 confused staff trying to do the basics. Last order was just before 7pm, there was one person at the bar in front of me, ordering a normal order, I was waiting over 10mins to be served. Ordered one set of wings in that order. Waited 45mins had our drinks and left without ever receiving the wings.2 stars because the wings were good but the service was terribleUpdate have returned to this venue and it's a completely different vibe. Service was fast and wings were great. Really impressed with the turn around

The service is terrible. First of all, the staff member didn't know how to split the check into 2 parts. Then we were waiting for the food for about 40 minutes and only got it after asking the manager. She gave as a refund but tried to sell us new drinks, which I didn't accept. The refund came in bills even though I paid by card, because she can't reverse the process, she said. In general, lack of skills about hospitality services and little tact in talking to customers. If the place is busy don’t go there!

We went for the all you can eat chicken wings. We ordered 3 additional pizzas and 2 fries. Everything came in dribs and drabs. We had to follow up on our orders and they advised 2 of our pizzas went to other tables, so they had to remake them. They returned with 1. The wait time between chicken wings was ridiculously long so we ended up leaving hungry and annoyed.

Went to all you can eat wings. Timed how long it took between the next lot of wings coming out and it was 20 mins. Also advertised as all you can eat from 5 pm to 9 pm and at 7.30 they said they were stopping it within the next 30 mins. Would not reccomend. Addressed the issue with the staff members at the time also who were friendly.
