Amazing place

Terrible service! Rude staff member! Wanted to buy a gift for someone for christmas just gone, called the store and i wasnt sure of sizing (shoes) so i chose one and they said they were getting in more after christmas so i could come back and exchange for the right size (if the first time i got the wrong size) i kept the receipt and called them back after christmas and asked if they had any in, they then told me that they were not getting more in and wont offer a refund so i asked for store credit when i return the gift and they said yes. I turn up to the store with the shoes and receipt and they told me i cant return them and i most definitely cannot have a store credit because they had now put them on sale. The women with grey hair was rude about it and said the girl who told me i could get store credit was wrong. It is not my problem that they have now put that item on sale. Just from the one experience alone, i will not be coming back to that store which i have brought many things from in the past. The one staff member needs to be trained not to be so rude! I advise if anyone is to buy anything from there, make sure its correct size because they dont honor what they have previously said!
