Excellent service. Niki was so good. I had a problem with shoes I bought for walking which didn't work for me. Went back not sure whether anything could be done. Not a problem. She was so helpful found the right shoe and happily exchanged for me.

Bought a kids pair of shoes in the morning was told by the sale assistant we could bring them back and swap for a different size (which they told me they had in stock) if they didn't fit my child when I got home. Returned 2 hours later to swap for the other size and was told by a different person they didn't have that size and hadn't sold it since we were last in so they obviously never had it. Wouldn't give me a return because the item was on sale and couldn't swap it became they didn't have anything in the right size.

I came here 10 years ago to buy a pair of running shoes, and had a great experience. So, when I moved back to the area after some years away, I decided to come back here as my mum and I needed running and walking shoes. We visited last week and from the moment we walked in we were treated warmly with a big smile. Adie was incredibly helpful and patient as I tried on shoe after shoe. She is also amazing at multi-tasking and was helping everyone who walked in the door, while explaining different types of shoes to me and giving advice about the best fit. She also helped us choose running socks, and some orthotic inserts which my mum needed. I took my new shoes for a run in the weekend and I love them. Great customer service, great range of shoes, and we love supporting local businesses!
