Picked up our 3rd new Kia recently from West City Kia. Steven Lowe is the man to see. Impeccable service and knowledge. We will be back. 5 stars from us.

Really bad customer experience in fact doesn't know how to treat a customer. Went to enquire about a KIA Sorento today. Chinese looking guy who came outside and never had any interest whatsoever to help us. All the given answers were either negative or incorrect which tells us that he was not interested about us as customers. Every customer should be treated equally. This is Whenuapai Kia store.We straightaway came to Hyundai Henderson. From the welcome itself we had a great experience plus few test drives. Knew exactly how to treat and look after customers. Go learn from them if you don’t know how to treat customers. Ordering our car from Hyundai and will never recommend anyone this Whenuapai Kia Center to any Asian. Looks like they judge people from their look. Watch out for that store Kia. I wouldn’t have given a single star however this review cannot be posted without a star.

Hi I put my new Kia rio in for a15,000 km service and waited for it. When it was done, I asked Dave why wasn't the proper schedule service done he said we do the 12 month service? Basically just a oil and filter change and top up of fluids, which I keep on top of my self. The thing I noticed was he vacuumed my air filter with a dirty brush, dirty now. Then they wash you car with a dirty water, i rather they just left it. Please take care of other people's vehicle's if you are going to wash a car do it properly and with care please.Is there any point of having a service book if its not adhered to?I don't think I will be happy to service my car here again, has anyone had the same issues?Keith

After being let down by a few other places I got in touch with West City and dealt with Larry. Larry was amazing from beginning to end, his service was top notch, going the extra mile. Very grateful he made what was a huge decision for us so smooth & seamless. Thank you Larry & would 100% recommend. Also, LOVE my new Kia Sorento :)

Regarding the review below, I had a chat with a staff who said was a manager (but in website hes a senior staff). He asked what I wanted from this. I asked for other dealer to contact me which he said he would. Didnt expect much but ofcourse, no follow up whatsoever.It is simple matter of going to another dealer which we did and bought a car there. Worst service and unprofessionalism all across.—-There is a dealer named Craig.Quite pleasant at beginning and all of sudden I had to bare his unprofessional tantrum and him hassling me at the end.If he had listened properly he wouldnt have misunderstood. He became rude which I did not need to take that for no reason.After discussing this with other senior staff, and exited the office, he was standing outside and with smile on his face saying “oh youre still here?”That guy needs some therapy for going 0 to 100. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and was full of sarcasm. His behaviour did scare my wife who was excited to buy a new car on that day. Thats how he was, and how that was completely uncalled for.Craig, I am sure you will be reading this. What I was going to say was that family was getting me to go to New Market Kia as there was a dealer who gives good deal but we came back because we liked you but also wanted to find out the offer. I liked the offer you provided but you decided to cut me off without letting me finish my sentence and told me to go while being rude. I dont need to stand that. Its good that you decide to move on for your wellness but dont pass your negativity to others who dont mean bad to you.

Bought my first Kia from West City Kia and couldn't have had a better experience. Got to the dealership to pick up my car, and saw my car was groomed and ready to go. Someone was ready to help me straight away too. Well done team.

Fantastic service. Bought our new Kia Sportage from here early this month and the whole experience was faultless and super smooth. We were told we would have to wait til late Feb/March for Arrival into the country, but it was all ready for pick up early Feb! Over delivered for sure. We dealt with Steven, who I highly recommend, great person, very friendly and honest. Also the thankyou box full of cakes and chocolate has made the Mrs very happy haha. Would recommend anyone out West looking for a Kia to visit this branch.
