Narellan have set the bar for pools in NZ. Top quality pools and equipment, lots of design, colour and sizing choice and they came in much more competitively priced than other quotes we had. There’s quite a lot to consider (as we discovered) to the pool industry - we could tell right from the beginning they knew what they were doing and the advice given was spot on.The communication was right up there with the best I’ve ever had both from leading up to the contract being signed through to after-sales service. Of particular note, Narellan took care of the whole consent process flawlessly. Narellan is a big company though the experience we had felt very personal with one key contact the whole way through.In terms of timelines, they showed up exactly when they originally said they would (no overseas imports to wait for). We were amazed with the speed of the whole project - hole dug, pool in and filled with water in just a couple of days.Would definitely recommend Narellan (as I have done) for anyone wanting to make those hot kiwi summers much more enjoyable.

The timeframe they completed my pool in was very fast and to a very high standard. On the day of the pool going in, the digger arrived at 8am and water was flowing into the pool mid-afternoon. We now have it to enjoy over the summer. Thanks heaps guys.

Highly recommend Narellen Pools! Communication from the outset is fantastic, quotes provide full information and there's a great range to choose from. We found the whole process simple from the sales process through consenting to the pool installation and handover!

Dean and the team did a fantastic job installing our pool. They gave an accurate quote and kept me informed of any changes as we went through the process. Dean also had great recommendations re the coping and glass ballustrade. I did the decking myself which delayed getting things finished but they were more than happy to work around my schedule. Thoroughly recommend.
