I walked in there with my sister. We wandered around looking for a set of doors. Not once did a staff member acknowledge us or ask if we needed help. So we left and bought a set elsewhere. Unbelievable bad service. Too busy chatting.

Update: Company has changed owners and is different from when I used to visit.I use this place to find second hand tools, and always head here before I go anywhere else. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff. Good prices.

On a Saturday they are not open till 5, they were very helpful over the phone and collect the aluminium door soon after I had rang, that was absolutely great and appreciated so much, thank you guys, I was happily surprised, and over the moon for their promoters, and I got some monies, not a lot but hey something was certainly better than nothing, cheers

Overpriced in most areas as it is mainly used and recycled goods. Maybe someone should tell them that? Normally I dont think twice about giving 4 or even 5 stars if I think the service is good but not in this case. Im in the customer service industry myself and know it takes so little to give goòd service. And.... why buy stock at such a high price that you have to sell at such a high price!!! Not very impressed!!!
