It's much better with the upgrade. Staff usually seem either super helpful or super grumpy... always got good deals. Not as much stock as some other warehouses, especially after being to Blenheims! I'm quite disappointed in the scrapbooking range.

Here's a typical The Warehouse trip:1. Need an item immediately (because why on earth would you shop at twh if you didn't?)2. Check that the item is, in fact, in stock at TWH Timaru.3. Drive my lil car down to TWH Timaru4. Item is, in fact, not in stock at TWH Timaru5. Don't impulse buy anything because everything is much more expensive than it feels that it has any right to be comparing against kmart, other supermarkets, mighty ape.6. Vow to not bother going there again next time.... but, in sleepy little timaru there isn't another option after 5:30pm.

It is a large outlet. As usual, it is the well famous warehouse chain. So, nothing to explain much of what is does. On the day I visited, the customer service I got is good enough.

New minimum charge for printing since merging, they could have told me it was going to cost $5 for two pages before printing it! What a rip, was better when warehouse stationary was separate!

Have not been there since the layout of shop has been changed.Get the trolley to begin my shopping and loud shout from a customer service woman across the shop,ops we were coming in the wrong door security reasons she shouted off to do the shopping to the check -out,the older lady what can I say so rude.
